For over a decade, I have immersed myself in every aspect of the industry, from flipping homes and full remodels to walking new construction sites and bringing dream spaces to life. I bring experience, vision, and heart into every project and every transaction.
On a personal level, I am a daughter of an amazing Colombian mom, I am a proud mom of a Navy daughter. and a friend who values discipline, balance, and growth. My faith in God is my strength and the reason I show up every day with purpose and resilience. I enjoy staying active through workouts, skating, and running half marathons activities that reflect my commitment to consistency and endurance in both life and business.

As a former systems engineer and business professional, I approach real estate with a strategic, analytical mindset. I focus on data, efficiency, and smart decision-making to help my clients evaluate opportunities clearly and avoid costly mistakes.
Alongside my technical background, I have hands-on experience in house flipping, real estate investing, and full property renovations. I understand what truly adds value to a home—from structural improvements to cost-effective upgrades that significantly increase resale value.
My remodeling experience includes kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, painting, and full home transformations. Because of this, I can quickly identify a property’s potential, estimate improvement costs, and guide clients toward the best return on investment.
In addition, I incorporate interior design and staging strategies that enhance a home’s presentation. This not only improves how a property shows, but also helps sellers achieve higher value and reduce time on the market.
